Refusal to receive goods ordered and delivered

Every Customer has the right under Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Law on Customer Protection to abandon the goods within 14 days of receipt of goods without payment of compensation or penalty. In this case, Hobbyland will reimburse the customer amounts paid by him not later than 20 days from the date on which the customer has exercised its right to cancel goods under Art. 55, paragraph 6 of the Law on Consumer Protection.

- The user has the duty to store the goods received from Hobbyland, their quality, and safety during the term of art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection.

- To be returned products purchased, a necessary condition is that they are in an excellent presentation, without being used without being compromised the integrity of the package.

- Products must comply with the form in which they were received by the user.

- Products that do not meet these conditions may not be refused or returned.

- When the customer returns the purchased goods, according to Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection, transport costs are paid by him and are not refundable.

Refunds

- If the order is canceled at the customer's request and the amount returned, Hobbyland reserves the right to withhold the fees paid to PayPal.

Claim

- In the case of a manufacturing defect, which is established upon receipt of the product, the customer returns it to Hobbyland at the expense of the last and Hobbyland sent him the same, but in its absence - equivalent to the product purchased. Substitution shall be coordinated with the client, and failing agreement to replace, the customer is refunded the amount paid no later than 20 days from the date of the claim. In this case, transport costs are paid by Hobbyland.

- If on the receiving of goods, their package is damaged or torn due to improper transportation or has missing parts, the claim must be laid only in the presence of the courier. In this case, immediately contact us or refuse to accept the goods. When the courier is already gone, no claim will be granted.

- The claim is certified by notice in the bill of lading. A report, which describes the findings of the shipment status and packaging, should be made.

- If you accept the shipment on your own responsibility and not claim your damages to the courier, the claim is considered invalid.
