1:24 Yoroshiku Mechadoc High-Geared Piazza - From the Yoroshiku Mechadoc Series
Yoroshiku Mechadoc (Yoroshiku Meka Dokku, which roughly translates to What's Up, Mechadoc) began life as a manga series written by Ryuji Tsugihara and serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump between 1982 and 1985, and got later adapted into a 30-episode anime TV series by famed animation studio Tatsunoko Productions (the same studio that made Mach GoGoGo) that first aired between 1984 and 1985.
The series follows the adventures of a group of young mechanics who run a small tuning shop called "MechaDoc". The main character, 18-year-old Jun Kazami, will take part in various different races during the show's run, and for each race he and his team will build a specially tuned-up car. Along the way, Jun and the the rest of the MechaDoc crew will meet increasingly stronger rivals, whom they'll have to race with to prove their skills as tuners. While he's not racing, Jun will be involved in all sorts of adventures, each with lots of car action to enjoy and a colorful cast of side characters.
