- Prototypical light and sound functions can be switched using an onboard decoder
- Unobstructed view through the simulated driver's cab
- With buffer capacitor for uninterruptible power supply
The diesel locomotive, known as ÖBB series 2062, was initially delivered to the Soviet Union in 1957 with 50 units as part of the Austrian State Treaty. With their double-walled, thermally insulated construction of the front section of the engine compartment, the machines equipped with all-purpose boilers and additional driver's cab heating were designed for ambient temperatures of -50 to +45 °C.
The model can only be operated to a limited extent with analogue driving devices.
