The German heavy armored car Sd.Kfz.234/2 "Puma" was created in 1943. "Puma" differed from other armored vehicles in the series with more powerful armor (frontal armor - up to 30 mm) and a turret from the Leopard light tank, with a 50-mm gun that had good armor penetration. In terms of combat characteristics, the Puma is one of the most balanced armored vehicles of the Second World War, combining a fairly fast-firing gun with a large ammunition load of 55 rounds, with high maneuverability and outstanding maneuverability. Armored cars "Puma" were used by German troops in armored car companies of reconnaissance battalions of tank and motorized divisions from the end of 1943 until 1945.
