BR 103 Electric w/Single-arm Panto DB IV
The PIKO model # 51676 implements the prototype of the locomotive 103 135-0 in a short version, without aprons, with buffer cladding and with filigree single-arm pantographs in size H0. A powerful, five-pole motor with an obliquely grooved armature and two precisely designed flywheels provide the drive. The power consumption over eight wheels results in excellent running properties. The traction tires are mounted diagonally offset and guarantee high tensile forces. The driver's cab lighting and the direction-dependent light change white / red can be switched digitally. The PIKO model of the BR103 has a PluX22 digital interface. The retrofitting with sound is prepared.
