Interior and exterior included

The set includes one sheet of masks (shown in the picture). The masks are made from thin masking tape, which is easy to be peeled off and doesn’t leave any stains. The tape is tested on clear and painted model too. If carefully removed after painting, they can be used over and over again. It is flexible and easily applied over curved surfaces. Semitransparent for easy and accurate placing.

F-35A

Lightning II is the 5th Generation Fighter Jet made by Lockheed Martin Corporation, planned to remain in service until the 2070s. Constantly upgraded, the single-engine jet is slowly becoming the backbone of NATO countries and many other Air Forces around the Globe. Initially, the F-35A will replace F-16s and F-15 /older models/, slowly filling in for the role of A-10s as well. The A version is the conventional Air Force model, which is complimented by F-35B and F-35C – a short take-off/vertical landing and carrier based models respectively. The F-35B will take the role of the Harrier, while the F-35C will slowly become the main jet of the US Carrier Fleet.

DN Models’ set

is designed for Tamiya F-35A 48th scale release /#61124/ and any eventual derivatives & re-packs. The mask set features exterior and interior masks for the canopy, masks for the EOTS /electronic optical targeting system/ and masks for the wheels. Using this set with any other tooling is not recommended. This tooling of the F-35A Lightning II has serious competition only in the face of MENG F-35A kit and its variations, however it is a newer release and is considered superior in design and engineering. Tamiya’s kit are usually the best choice for a balanced accuracy and ease of assembly, being both sophisticated in their final appearance and simple for assembly and alignment.
